Your workflow doesn't change.
Google Sheets becomes the booking source — everything downstream is the same automated pipeline Misfora already runs for PMS-connected properties.
Misfora reads the sheet, not the other way around — it never changes your booking rows, it turns each one into a guest check-in.
Keep using the spreadsheet you already know.
You don't need to migrate your bookings into a new system. Connect the Google Sheet you already use, tell Misfora which columns contain your booking information, and keep working exactly as before.
Your spreadsheet doesn't have to follow a Misfora format — it works with the columns you already have.
Misfora reads your sheet automatically instead of asking you to upload it every time.
New and changed bookings are picked up automatically, on a schedule — no manual re-sync.
Connect your spreadsheet in minutes.
Three steps, no reformatting required first.
Choose your file
Select the Google Sheet you want to use, right from your own Drive.
Tell us what each column means
Check-in, check-out, guest name, phone number, number of guests, property, and an optional booking ID — mapped once, during setup.
Done
Misfora periodically checks the sheet and keeps reservations up to date automatically.
You don't need to reorganize your spreadsheet first — the column mapping adapts to your layout, not the other way around.
Your spreadsheet doesn't have to look like ours.
Not a perfect CSV. Not a special template. Not "download our Excel template first" — your existing sheet, as it already is.
A few things that make results more reliable.
None of this is required — Misfora works without it. But if you're setting up a sheet from scratch, or can still adjust an existing one, these small choices pay off.
With a booking ID, an edited row is recognized as an update to the same booking — not a new one. Without it, changes are matched by guest name and dates instead, which works, but is a softer match.
If your sheet already has both, keep them in separate columns rather than one. That lets each one be checked against the scanned document independently, which catches more mismatches than checking a single combined name field.
In some countries, submitting guest contact details to the police is a legal requirement, not just a convenience. It also determines how a guest gets their check-in link: with a contact, Misfora can send it automatically. Without one, only reception mode is available — a staff member has to scan each guest's passport in person, since there's no way to reach the guest directly.
A number saved as +90 5xx xxx xx xx rather than 05xx xxx xx xx is what makes one-click WhatsApp/Viber/Zalo links work at all — see reaching a guest who hasn't responded.
The guest experience stays exactly the same.
Google Sheets is only the booking source. Everything after that is the same Misfora workflow used with a connected PMS.
Guest receives a link
No app download — just a secure link.
Guest photographs their passport or ID
Directly in the browser, on their own phone.
Misfora checks the document
Live quality checks plus OCR (automatic text recognition) — see how document capture works.
Guest data becomes structured information
No manual retyping into anything.
Government registration
For supported countries, registration is handled through the connected government system — see government registration.
No PMS. No problem.
You don't need rooms, rates, payments, housekeeping, or a booking engine.
If all you need is a simple way to turn your existing bookings into guest check-ins and required government registrations, your spreadsheet is enough. Don't buy a PMS for a problem that doesn't require one.
Built for small properties.
And for anyone managing bookings without a full reservation system.
One or a few apartments managed from a spreadsheet.
Remote check-in without a permanent reception desk.
Keep your existing booking workflow without adopting a full PMS.
Automate document collection and registration while keeping your current spreadsheet.
Manage multiple properties from one spreadsheet.
No reception desk required.
Your staff doesn't need a computer at the property. A manager, host, or key-handover staff member can complete the guest check-in from their phone — the same browser-based flow guests use themselves.
This is what makes the workflow practical for villas and apartments with no one permanently on site.
Your spreadsheet stays yours.
Misfora only reads the Google Sheet you explicitly select. It doesn't edit your cells, delete your bookings, or create files in your Drive.
Misfora never changes your spreadsheet.
Access is limited to the file you explicitly choose.
Revoke the connection from Misfora whenever you want.
