- Hospitality — guest check-in, passport and ID data collection, PMS integrations, and government registration for hotels, apartments, hostels, villas, and other accommodation businesses.
- Identity-document infrastructure — a Web Scanner SDK and Passport & ID OCR API that let software products add document capture, OCR, validation, and structured data extraction to their own workflows.
Both are built around the same technology: turning a document image into reliable, usable data.
Built for practical workflows
Misfora is designed around what happens before and after OCR — not just around extracting text from an image.
The platform combines document capture, image quality checks, document recognition, MRZ validation, and field-level validation to produce data that business systems can actually use.
For hospitality, this means connecting document capture and guest registration to a PMS, spreadsheet, or government registration workflow.
For software companies, the same technology is available through the Web Scanner SDK and OCR API.
Where we are
Misfora works directly with early partners and refines the product around real-world workflows. Misfora Hospitality is currently in private beta.
The product is built and operational today. New integrations, countries, and document types are added based on actual use cases and customer needs.
We are a small, product-focused company building identity-document tools that are practical, reliable, and easy to integrate.
Where we're going
Hospitality is our first market. Identity-document automation is the broader technology we're building.
We are not choosing between the two. Hospitality gives us a real environment to develop and test complete workflows, while our SDK and API make the underlying technology available to other businesses and software products.
Our goal is simple: make identity-document data easier to capture, validate, and move into the systems where businesses actually need it.
